• Information you give us. When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide. For brands this includes your name, email address, company, role, website, and details about your project such as timeline, budget, category, target market, and the services you are interested in. For creators this includes your name, email address, location, social media handles and links, follower counts, niche, brands you have worked with, and partnership details. Both forms include your message. When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn or portfolio links, your resume or CV, and your answers to the application questions.
• Information collected automatically. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this site. Our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs for security and to keep the site running. When you submit a form, we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when you visit.
• Cookies. This site does not set cookies or store information in your browser for tracking or advertising.

• To evaluate job applications and contact applicants about roles

If you apply for a role, your application and resume are shared only with the people at ECG involved in hiring. We use them to assess your application and, if relevant, to consider you for other roles. We keep applicant information for up to two years after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. We do not ask about salary history.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, and only so they can perform services for us: Slack (workplace messaging, where inquiries and applications are delivered to our team), Airtable (the database where job applications and resumes are stored), Lovable (website hosting), and Google Fonts (font delivery)
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information may be transferred to the new owner under the terms of this policy

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. California residents may also have additional rights under California law; contact us to make a request.

This site does not track visitors across third-party websites, so it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including restricted access to applicant data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
