K-Beauty

K-beauty marketing for the US market.

We take Korean beauty brands from first US creator post to shelf and search demand — creator-first sequencing, retail launch support and social commerce, run by a bilingual team on both sides of the Pacific.

Scope

How Korean brands scale here.

All brand services
01

US market entry, sequenced

Most brands arrive with a hero SKU and a distributor deadline. We build the order of operations backwards from that date: which creators seed first, which claim gets tested, what has to be true before retail sell-in conversations start.

  • Category and competitor read for the US shopper
  • Claim and hero-SKU selection for a US audience
  • Launch calendar tied to retail and marketplace dates
  • English-language brand voice and asset localisation
02

Creator-first sequencing

In beauty, the creator layer is the demand engine — not the campaign that runs after it. We seed to learn, concentrate spend on the angle that actually converts, then scale it into paid and whitelisted media.

  • Seed → validate → amplify, in that order
  • Casting across skincare, makeup and lifestyle creators
  • Always-on content production, not one flight
  • Handoff of top-performing assets for paid
03

Retail and social commerce

Shelf and search work together. We build the content and creator moments that support a retail launch, and run the live and affiliate side of social commerce where beauty discovery now happens.

  • Retail launch support — including work with Sephora partners
  • TikTok Shop, affiliate and live selling programs
  • Store-visit and in-store content moments
  • Reporting your Korea HQ can actually read

Approach

Working across two markets.

Our team sits in both languages and both time zones, so the US program doesn't stall waiting on a Seoul approval cycle.

  1. 01

    Read the market

Where the brand can win in the US, in plain terms — category, price, claim, shopper.

  2. 02

    Build the creator base

Seeding and gifting to establish a category footprint before any launch date.

  3. 03

    Launch loud

Paid creator flights, retail moments and events timed to the sell-in calendar.

  4. 04

    Scale what works

Concentrate on the winning angle, expand SKUs, keep the always-on layer running.

FAQ

Questions brands ask.

What does a K-beauty marketing agency actually do differently?
The difference is translation in both directions: reading what a US shopper responds to, and communicating it back to a Korean HQ in a way that gets approved. We do both in-house, so briefs don't lose their meaning in a hand-off.
We are pre-launch in the US. Is it too early?
Pre-launch is the best time. Seeding before a retail or marketplace launch gives you claim testing, review volume and a content library — assets your launch week depends on and can't create retroactively.
Can you support a retail launch as well as social?
Yes. We've produced creator and event moments around US retail launches, including with Sephora partners, and we build the content calendar around sell-in and restock dates rather than around social alone.
Do you work in Korean?
Yes — our overseas marketing team works in Korean and English daily, and reporting is delivered in whichever language your stakeholders need.
