Challenge
The problem.
Biodance needed a US physical presence that would drive genuine retail revenue, not just content, and build direct relationships with New York's skincare creator community.
Approach
What we did.
- Sourced and built the full venue, managing contractors for signage, paint, electrical, and furniture across a three-day build
- Hosted a VIP dinner for nine top-tier influencers plus guests, and a preview night for 94 influencers with full catering, photography, videography, and on-site interviews
- Pre-shipped PR packages so every influencer arrived having already used the product
- Built the retail floor around a skin-type consultation zone, physical testers, and a briefed purchase flow
- Ran multi-buy gifting incentives, a prize wheel, and an event-exclusive discount to drive basket size

Insight
The consultation zone was the highest-converting element
Attendees who received a skin-type-matched recommendation bought what was recommended. Physical retail converts when it removes uncertainty, not when it maximizes footfall. Every operational decision, down to when we admitted people relative to queue length, was built around that.
