Challenge
The problem.
SKIN&LAB wanted sustained US market presence rather than a single burst, along with genuine product development feedback across a multi-SKU range.
Approach
What we did.
- Ran three sequential cycles rather than one large campaign, scaling the roster each time
- Deliberately re-recruited high performers from prior cycles and tracked their performance delta
- Segmented creator performance by follower tier, niche, and demographic to sharpen each successive roster
- Collected 176 structured survey responses across the program covering product preference, purchase channel, and competitive set

Insight
The second campaign outperforms the first
Creators who participated in consecutive cycles delivered materially higher engagement the second time. Familiarity with the product produces better content than a first-time unboxing does. Those relationships sit with the agency that built them, which is why switching agencies resets the compounding.
